"I am a big fan of MJ Live - Michael Jackson Tribute and was looking forward to seeing it for awhile. However, on this night in Rockford, he didn't deliver. He didn't sound good and he picked up the pace on all his songs. Most of his hits, great for the words of the song, are slower pace. He somehow thought he became a rock star instead of a country star, proven by the guitar solos in the 2nd song and the choice of "fat bottom girls" in the encore. By messing with the tempo of songs, it usually took the crowd a minute to realize the song he was singing. He wanted the crowd to sing along but would change tempo during song and lose the crowd. It wasn't the concert I paid to see and left disappointed. I was amazed at how many people left way before it was over. We had 3 rows in front of us empty 30 minutes before the show ended. I understand it is his first headlining tour and maybe he thought this is what he needed to do but what your fans want is for you to play the songs the way we love them and the way it gave you hits. Best thing he did was the Crazy girl/more than a memory mash up but he still messed that up by not finishing either song. He made them quicker and louder and lost the songs. I am a big fan but not sure I would pay to see him live again."
